Prices were read from each Ceruledge ex item page on 2026-11-03 — the seller’s listed price, with USD as the checkout conversion shown on the same page. Every row is a Japanese-language print of the Pokémon TCG[5]; condition notes are the seller’s Mercari condition field, translated. Seller titles are Japanese, and the tiles further down open each listing directly. Mercari permits purchases from overseas through partner proxy services[3].
The cheapest linked PSA 10 on 2026-11-03 is a ¥8,199 Mercari slab, seller condition “Unused”, with no Mercari official authentication offered on the listing; the ¥6,800–¥8,000 slabs from the September sweep have sold. The linked raw copies are both Mercari: ¥1,200 unused (no authentication) and ¥3,250 (authentication available). Ceruledge’s art is popular but the card is not a chase, so both sides of the market are well supplied.

All of the above is the Japanese-language Ceruledge ex — number 203/187 in Terastal Festival ex high-class pack. The English-language print of the same illustration carries a different collector number and set name, trades in a separate market, and is not covered by these prices[5]. Promo versions and full-art variants from other sets are different cards again: match the number on the slab label before you compare a price.
PSA 10 vs raw Ceruledge ex: what a 6.83× premium buys
A 6.83× multiple, or ¥6,999 between the cheapest raw and the cheapest slab, is the standard grading premium on a card with a ¥1,200 raw floor. With no PSA 9 in stock, a self-submission that misses the GEM MT 10 bar[6] leaves you with a grade no seller is quoting — the usual argument for buying a finished 10.
| Route | Cost today (JPY, before shipping) | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Buy the cheapest PSA 10 slab | ¥8,199 | Grade already locked in; you pay the full premium, nothing to wait for. |
| Buy the cheapest raw copy as-is | ¥1,200 | Lowest-cost route in this table; condition is whatever the photos show. |
| Buy a raw copy that offers Mercari official authentication (OneMall submits the item; Mercari official issues the conclusion; OneMall does not guarantee authenticity) | raw price + ¥1,700 | Authentication[1] is seller-enabled; the cheapest raw listing today does not offer it, so compare the next ones in the table above. |
Buy the ¥8,199 slab while it is listed. For the binder, the ¥1,200 unused raw is the obvious pick — it does not offer Mercari official authentication, while the ¥3,250 raw does (OneMall submits the item; Mercari official issues the conclusion; OneMall does not guarantee authenticity)[1], so rely on the photos.
Getting a Ceruledge ex SAR 203/187 shipped from Japan
A Mercari slab or a Mercari raw — the five steps from Japan are identical. Here they are for this card.
- Step 1 — Read the seller’s title and photos. Japanese titles carry the grade (PSA10), the number (203/187) and often the set code; the photos show the cert number on the label.
- Step 2 — Add to cart on OneMall. No Japanese phone number or address needed — the proxy is the buyer of record on Mercari, and Mercari’s own help pages describe this partner-purchase route[3].
- Step 3 — Choose extras. Mercari official authentication (+¥1,700) (OneMall submits the item; Mercari official issues the conclusion; OneMall does not guarantee authenticity)[1][2] on eligible raw cards, or OneMall’s unboxing photos for a slab.
- Step 4 — First payment. Item price plus a service fee of ¥300 per item on most marketplaces (from ¥200 per item on Yahoo Auctions and LinkBuy).
- Step 5 — Second payment and delivery. Once the card is in the warehouse you pick the carrier — ECMS, DHL or Japan Post EMS (DDP) to the US — and can store it free for 90 days after arrival (30 days after consolidation) to combine with other finds.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is a PSA 10 Ceruledge ex SAR 203/187?
The cheapest linked in-stock PSA 10 on 2026-11-03 asks ¥8,199 (about US$57 before shipping); the ¥6,800–¥8,000 copies seen on 2026-09-29 have sold.
Why are there no PSA 9 copies?
Twenty-seven PSA 10 slabs and no 9s in the 2026-09-29 sweep. With raws from ¥1,200, a 9 is worth little more than raw and sellers do not bother listing them.
Can I add Mercari official authentication (OneMall submits the item; Mercari official issues the conclusion; OneMall does not guarantee authenticity) to a raw copy?
On the ¥3,250 raw, yes; the ¥1,200 raw does not. The ¥8,199 slab does not offer it; its PSA holder already carries PSA’s grade label.
Which set is Ceruledge ex SAR from?
Terastal Festival ex (sv8a, テラスタルフェスex); 203/187 is its special-art-rare number above the set’s 187-card base.
What is the PSA 10 population for Ceruledge ex 203/187?
This page does not quote a population count. PSA publishes the census in its Population Report[6], and the number moves with every submission batch, so a figure copied here would be stale within weeks. What the market shows instead is live supply: 27 PSA 10 slabs, 0 PSA 9 slabs and 43 raw copies of Ceruledge ex 203/187 in stock on 2026-09-29 — the ratio of slabs to raws is the practical read on how heavily the card has been graded.
