Genshin Impact is a global game, but its merchandise is not a global market. A large share of the physical goods — the lottery prizes, the capsule badges, the café and pop-up collaboration items — are made for Japanese distribution and stay there. Two practical notes. Kirara’s name is written 綺良々 in-game but listed as キララ or きらら by plenty of Japanese sellers, so search both — the two spellings return genuinely different result sets. And the roster keeps expanding, so treat this as the shortlist that covers the search, not a closed list of every animal-eared character in the game.[1]
What Genshin Goods Actually Exist in Japan
The Japanese Genshin merchandise market runs on four channels, and they behave very differently on the second-hand market.
- Ichiban Kuji (一番くじ) — an in-store lottery where every ticket wins a ranked prize. Prizes are exclusive to the campaign and disappear from retail when it ends, so the resale market is the only supply afterwards.[4][5] Genshin draws have included figures, glasses, acrylic boards and towels.

- Official store and event goods — acrylic stands, can badges and tapestries sold through the official Japanese storefront and at pop-up events. These carry 公式 (official) in the listing title.
- Scale figures — the expensive tier, from third-party manufacturers, typically 1/7 scale and boxed. Check the listing for 正規品 or 公式, look at the box photo, and be wary of unbranded “no box” listings at unusual prices.

That is the actual argument for a proxy — not one big purchase, but twenty small ones consolidated into a single parcel. How to Buy Genshin Goods from Japan: The Full SOP
This is the sequence, start to finish, using OneMall as the example proxy.
- Step 1 — Get the character’s Japanese name right. 綺良々 (also キララ/きらら), ディオナ, 甘雨. English names return a fraction of the listings.

- Step 5 — Order through the proxy. Pay stage one: item price plus the service fee — on Mercari that’s ¥200 flat up to ¥7,000, then 3% of the price above it (as of 2026).
- Step 6 — Let it rest in the warehouse. Purchases sit in 90 days of free storage. With items this small, the whole strategy is to accumulate before shipping.
- Step 7 — Consolidate. Combine everything into one parcel. The first 6 orders combine free; each additional order is ¥100, so consolidating 10 orders costs ¥400 — trivial against ten separate shipping bills.
