Two things stand out. The lowest Japanese price sits below the suggested retail price: Amazon Japan’s ¥13,500 pre-order was the cheapest new listing we found. At the other end, one Rakuten reseller asked ¥29,700, double the list price, so compare a few listings before you pay. US prices were $119.99 to $120.00 before any sales tax and shipping.

The best place to buy it from the US depends on timing more than price. Your SH MonsterArts Godzilla pre order options come down to Japanese marketplaces or US retailers, because TOHO’s own store does not sell abroad.
- TOHO entertainment ONLINE. TOHO’s online store, home of the Godzilla Store ONLINE, sells the figure at ¥14,850 but limits it to one per person and will not combine it with other items in one order[2]. Its FAQ states: “We are sorry to say that we are not able to ship our item internationally at this time”[3]. Purchase-limited items also cannot be bought through LinkBuy, our service for Japanese online stores, so this figure is not available through our LinkBuy storefront for TOHO entertainment ONLINE either; that storefront is for the store’s items sold without purchase limits or lotteries.
- Japanese marketplaces through a proxy. Amazon Japan and Rakuten shops take pre-orders, and a Japan-based proxy such as OneMall orders the figure, receives it at its Tokyo warehouse and ships it to your US address. The four listings above work this way.
- US retailers. BigBadToyStore and Entertainment Earth listed $119.99 pre-orders on November 4, 2026, and BigBadToyStore estimated arrival in December 2026. Godzilla.com’s $120.00 pre-order had already closed[5].

The same quotes give ECMS an estimated average transit time of 10–20 days, Japan Post EMS (DDP) 10–12 days and DHL 3–7 days. Box size matters as much as weight with ECMS and DHL. Both bill on chargeable weight: the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000), measured on the outer box the warehouse uses.
