The maker page shows a box but does not print a pack count or box price; Japanese retailers list the box as 24 packs, which gives ¥5,760 at list price. Main boosters went from ¥220 to ¥240 a pack with OP-17 in August 2026.^[3] The English page also warns that duplicates are possible and a full set may be hard to complete from packs alone.^[2]

OP-18 Chase Cards and Card List

The set was announced at ONE PIECE DAY’26 on August 23, 2026, with three headline reveals:^[4]

• Franky’s first leader card — the Water Seven shipwright finally leads a deck.
• Nico Robin super parallel — the set’s top-rarity pull, and the card most pre-order buyers are gambling on.

Two months after launch, tape-sealed OP-17 boxes ask about ¥10,000–¥12,500 — still around double list price, but well below pre-order peaks. That is a description of the last set, not a forecast for this one; Bandai print runs and the Amano hype will decide where OP-18 settles.

Retail allocation: Japanese stores sell new boxes through store-level lotteries and invitation-only sales (Amazon Japan uses an invitation request for some TCG boxes). Those are tied to a Japanese account, so a proxy cannot enter them. What a proxy can buy is open stock: Rakuten shop pre-orders, Mercari and Yahoo Auctions listings, and card-shop web stores.
