Every price in this table is the seller’s listed price for that Eevee ex copy, read from the item page on 2026-09-20; the USD figure is the checkout conversion shown alongside it. All rows are Japanese-language prints of the Pokémon TCG^[5], and condition notes are the seller’s own Mercari / Yahoo! Flea Market condition field, translated — Suruga-ya rows are shop stock without one. Seller titles are in Japanese; the tiles further down link to each listing. Mercari itself permits overseas purchases through partner proxy services^[3].

Yahoo! Flea Market has the slab floor — ¥10,600, ¥11,000, ¥11,100 — and the ¥13,800 copy; Mercari sits between at ¥12,000 with authentication. A ¥3,200 spread is on the wide side for a forty-slab market. PSA 9s are ¥7,200 and ¥7,777, both with authentication. One scope note: this page prices the Japanese Eevee ex 224/187 from Terastal Festival ex high-class pack only. English prints of the same artwork have their own collector number, set name and market, and none of the figures here apply to them^[5]. Is Eevee ex PSA 10 worth 3.53× the raw card?

A self-submission on the ¥6,480 clean copy roughly breaks even as a 9 under PSA’s GEM MT 10 standard^[6] and gains ¥4,120 as a 10 — small upside, small risk. The ¥10,600 finished slab is cheap enough to skip the wait.

Buy the ¥10,600 slab for gem mint, or the ¥12,000 Mercari copy for the authentication option. For the binder, Suruga-ya’s ¥6,480 clean copy — Mercari official authentication (OneMall submits the item; Mercari official issues the conclusion; OneMall does not guarantee authenticity)^[1] is not offered on today’s cheap raws, so rely on photos. The ¥7,200 PSA 9 is a fair sealed middle.
