About OneMall
OneMall is a Japan-based proxy shopping and forwarding service for international buyers. We purchase from Japanese marketplaces — Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, Rakuten, Amazon Japan, Suruga-ya, ZOZOTOWN and more — and ship worldwide, with LinkBuy covering any Japanese online store by URL. The service is operated by Inagora Inc. (Inagora株式会社), a company registered in Japan, and the main site is www.onemall.jp.
What OneMall does
- Buys on your behalf from Japanese marketplaces and stores that do not ship overseas or do not accept foreign cards: Yahoo Auctions, Yahoo Flea Market, Mercari, Rakuma, Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Suruga-ya, ZOZOTOWN, Animate, 2nd STREET and, through LinkBuy, any Japanese online store by URL.
- Receives everything at our Tokyo warehouse, where items are stored free for 90 days after arrival (30 days after consolidation).
- Consolidates and repacks: the first six orders consolidate free; each additional order is ¥100. Package reinforcement is available by parcel weight.
- Ships worldwide by EMS, DHL, ECMS or Seamail with full tracking. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5,000 cm).
- Optional checks before shipping: unboxing photos, wrong or missing item checks and empty-package checks, each individually priced. OneMall does not authenticate items; for graded cards we recommend PSA or BGS slabbed listings.

Who writes this blog
Every article on blog.onemall.jp is written and maintained by the OneMall team under the onemall byline, in an organisational voice: we do not publish personal order stories or invented experiences. The blog documents fees, shipping rules, customs changes, Japanese marketplace know-how, Japanese Pokémon card prices and where to buy Japanese products, for overseas shoppers — primarily readers in the United States. Prices quoted in articles are read from live Japanese listings on the date printed in each article. How we research, date and correct articles is set out in our editorial policy.
