Update — April 14, 2026: Japan Post has resumed shipping to the United States. EMS, ePacket, and Saver (Sea Mail) services are accepting U.S.-bound parcels again, and OneMall has reinstated these postal shipping methods. Important: because the U.S. ended its $800 de minimis duty-free exemption on August 29, 2025, U.S.-bound parcels may now be subject to customs duties regardless of value. The original suspension notice below is kept for reference.
The postal service in the country has announced a temporary halt to accepting postal items destined for the United States, beginning Wednesday, August 27, 2025. You can find more information on the official announcement here: Official Announcement

※ Please be aware that even if your shipments are sent via the postal service before the suspension, they might still be returned.

Therefore, if you need to send packages to the United States, we highly suggest using DHL or ECMS as alternative shipping options.
Consequently, OneMall will also suspend accepting postal service shipping methods to the U.S. (EMS, Air Small Packet, Air Parcel, Surface Parcel) starting Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
⚠ Please note: Shipping policies are subject to change due to tariff adjustments. We advise holding off on shipments for the time being. OneMall will keep you informed with the most up-to-date information.
We apologize for any difficulty this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact our support team or join our Discord for assistance.
